Mike Gingles has over 35 years of corporate and entrepreneurial experience in the mining industry and is credited with leading corporate transactions for Pueblo Viejo and Turquoise Ridge that resulted in the development of over 30 million ounces of gold reserves. He has worked for several major mining companies, including 11-years with gold major Placer Dome, and has lived and worked in Australia, UK, Chile, USA, and Colombia. Mike has multidisciplinary knowledge and expertise in strategic planning, valuations, corporate and business development, project development, financial management, and commercial contracts. He is a Qualified Professional (QP) member of the MMSA with special expertise in Mineral Valuation Finance. Mike graduated from King’s College London and the Royal School of Mines and holds an MBA from Imperial College Business School, London.
